Citroniq Welcomes New Members of Senior Leadership Team

HOUSTON, August 22, 2023 — Citroniq Chemicals LLC (“Citroniq”), a world-scale producer of carbon-negative materials, is pleased to announce Antoine Schellinger as its Executive Vice President of Project Operations & EPC and Price Chumley as its Senior Vice President of Project Operations & EPC. Mr. Schellinger and Mr. Chumley, formerly of Koch Project Solutions, have a proven track record of excellence and bring to Citroniq a wealth of industry expertise.

Antoine Schellinger has over 30 years of experience in the engineering, construction, and project development industry, with an emphasis on emerging technologies, commercialization programs, and the use of biomass-based feedstocks. As Citroniq’s Executive Vice President of Project Operations & EPC, Mr. Schellinger will_lead Project execution and engineering across our asset portfolio__. Mr. Schellinger previously served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Koch Project Solutions, a firm serving the industrial capital projects sector. Mr. Schellinger holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, an MBA, and a JD, equipping him with a unique combination of technical, financial, and legal skills.

Price Chumley has over 37 years of extensive project execution and company management experience, both domestic and international (Europe, Asia Pacific, South America, and the Caribbean Basin). As Citroniq’s Senior Vice President of Project Operations & EPC, Mr. Chumley will report to Mr. Schellinger. Mr. Chumley previously served as the Vice President of Operations at Koch Project Solutions. His project execution responsibilities have included project management, owner’s representation, project controls, estimating, procurement, and contract administration relating to the development, design, construction, and turnover of process units and complete facilities.
