Houston, TX — September 15, 2026 — Citroniq has been named a winner of the 2026 Radicle Corn Challenge Sponsored by U.S. Corn Farmers, an investment competition created to identify and support innovative technologies capable of generating new, high-value demand for U.S. corn.
Citroniq was selected following an evaluation of market potential, technology readiness, commercialization pathways, and the potential to create meaningful new demand for corn and corn-derived feedstocks.
Citroniq is developing a commercial-scale platform to produce 100% biogenic polypropylene using U.S. corn-based ethanol. Through OrganiqPP®, Citroniq is creating a new pathway for domestically produced ethanol into one of the world’s largest and most established plastics markets, including packaging, consumer goods, automotive, and industrial applications.
